Dr. Dan. Follmer

Dr. Follmer earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University in 1975. As a testament to his professionalism and talent, he was invited to join the faculty as a clinical instructor of Operative Dentistry.

After two years of teaching, Dr. Follmer returned to his hometown, Wauconda, to establish a private practice. Committed to providing his patients with the most advanced technology and procedures available in dentistry in a setting of beauty and comfort, he founded Northwest Dental Health & Aesthetics.

In constant pursuit of academic and clinical excellence, Dr. Follmer is committed to continuing education, and has studied with some of the nation's most renowned practitioners and has taken extensive courses at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.

Dr. Follmer served a nine-year appointment to the Dental Advisory Committee, Lake County Health Department. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
